Every product we sell is original and ships sealed. If something is wrong with it, we fix it.
30-day replacement warrantyGot a manufacturing defect? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it.
All LGX productsThe warranty applies to every product we sell and covers manufacturing defects only.
We pay return shippingFor every valid claim.
What is covered
- Sensor, switch or button failure
- Scroll wheel not registering
- Speaker or microphone failure
- Charging or connection problems
- Cable or connector faults
- Wrong item delivered
What is not covered
- Change of mind after delivery
- Physical damage, water damage or misuse
- Products without the original box and accessories
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Send a clear photo or video showing the problem.
- Keep the original box and all accessories.
- We check it and send you a replacement.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, we refund you. Refunds are sent through EasyPaisa within 24 hours, or paid in cash the same day in Lahore.
